I DON’T know if anyone else has noticed this, but I was just about to sign my congestion charge ballot paper when I noticed that the barcode on the paper was the exact same barcode as on the reverse of the voting slip.
How can this ballot be considered secret when there is such an obvious link between my name and my vote?
