WHEN VAT returns were introduced, Customs & Excise always enclosed a prepaid business reply envelope with the VAT return.
This facility has now been withdrawn, and now the Government saves the cost of four stamps per year on each account.
This must be the smallest stealth tax ever, and shows how desperate they are.
