CLLR Morris continues to mislead the public in the latest edition of Bolton Scene by failing to refer to the true extent of the inflation-busting council tax rise.
The increase of 3.9 per cent is bad enough, but it only refers to Band D properties. He conveniently fails to announce and publish the percentage rises in council tax for properties above Band D. These are higher than 3.9 per cent.
