I REFER to Mr Grainger’s letter regarding the TV digital switchover and the loss of BBC programmes.
He could be sat in our rooms. None of our three sets with built-in Freeview receive the BBC channels since the switchover, despite a number of retuning attempts. We can watch BBC1 on analogue, but that is only until the beginning of December. Does Mr Grainger want to join us and other people who suffer from the same difficulties in boycotting the television licence fee? After all, what are we paying for? We’d want our money back if it were white goods.
