FOUR weeks ago a sticker was left on our dustbins informing us that there was to be a shake up to our rubbish. There was to be a change in our collection day. So we checked our new day, left our bins out and four weeks later the bins are still there, and have not been emptied.
We have been told by the council that they will not collect any extra rubbish and it is up to us to move it. As we live at the side of a field, rats have started to appear and the rubbish has started to smell becoming a health hazard.
