' Nut sacking was fair enough'

I have no sympathy with this woman. When I buy food, I want to know the production staff are following strict hygiene rules. It’s okay saying, “it’s only the tiniest piece of nut”, but this woman put her fingers to her mouth, passing whatever germs she has to her fingers, then she would have carried on putting produce on to cakes had her manager not stopped her. Not once does she mention washing her hands.
