I HAVE read of late some letters about people’s concerns over their experiences whilst they have been patients on the Mental Health Wards at The Royal Bolton Hospital.
However, I would like to point out that within the hospital there is an Inpatient Forum for patients which meets once a month.
The idea of this forum is to allow patients from the wards an opportunity to put forward any issues and concerns they have during their stay as an inpatient.
BAND along with the hospital are keen to obtain as much feedback as possible from patients and service users about their stay and experiences in hospital so the services can be improved for the future welfare of all patients.
