IF I was looking to build an industrial estate, I would want to build it in a location with excellent motorway access, a pool of skilled labour and hidden away from the community to reduce the impact.
If I was looking in the Bolton area, I don’t think you could find a better location than Cutacre.
Regardless if it’s 500 or 5,000 jobs, the fact that someone is prepared to invest in our area must be seen as a positive.
It’s the perfect site and, if the landlords are sensible, they will keep the rents low. Don’t kill it before it’s even had chance to get off the ground.
