IF ever proof was needed that this Labour council does not give a damn about Bolton, then the proof is in The Bolton News of March 20.
Just read the letter from Cllr John Walsh about the money the council is holding back. Then go to Looking Back and you will see that, even back in 1992, the council wouldn’t do anything that might help and improve the lives of Bolton people.
