THE Bolton Cancer Patients and Carers Consultative Group has started a Facebook page which could be very useful to cancer sufferers and their families.
It’s full of useful links to more information about carers’ support, bereavement, counselling, supporting children and Bolton Hospice among several subjects.
The group’s chairwoman, Karen Elliott, says it’s not meant to be a source of expert advice “simply our way of trying to help people to negotiate their way around some of the vast amount of information out there”.
It’s certainly well worth a look
