WIGAN are the latest club to be spurred into slashing prices because of falling crowd figures.
They have taken the drastic step of pricing tickets at £15 for four of their remaining home Premiership games.
With Blackburn also experimenting successfully with £15 tickets to fill a regularly half-empty stadium, the argument that lower prices equals bigger crowds seems obvious.
