WE tend to take hotel staff for granted unless there is a problem with service.
So, it’s good to see that staff at Bolton Whites Hotel have just received accreditation with the World Class Service Standard which recognises their positive customer service.
It’s the only North Manchester venue to achieve this, reflecting not only the high standards to which they have successfully strived but also their determination to do a good job during what has been a difficult, uncertain time for all at the Wanderers.
As a regular customer, I’ve always found staff efficient, polite and friendly to all. Congratulations!
