DON’T cheer too loudly about the landmark court ruling on holidaymakers claiming compensation for journeys delayed by technical problems.
We all know that, far from lining our own pockets after 20 hours stuck at Manchester Airport, the next move is for airlines to bump up fare prices to cover any potential claims.
It’s called collateral damage.
