Bolton Hospice – Hospice at Home Appeal
In January 2012 Bolton Hospice launched an appeal to raise an additional £110,000 to allow it to care for more patients through its Hospice at Home nursing service.
Bolton Hospice’s Hospice at Home service provides care for patients who are seriously ill and nearing the end of their lives at home, so they can remain surrounded by their family and friends.
Recently the hospice has seen an increasing demand for this service and without additional funding many patients may be denied the choice to remain at home at the end of life.
