I’ve noticed lots of articles in the paper about dog mess and dogs fouling the streets.
What about all the horses that foul the streets when people are out riding them, including police horses.
Horses are much bigger animals and make a much bigger mess and it’s on the roads they defecate, not just on pavements and paths in parks.
Horse riders never get fined for this mess, but they should.
If I had a dog I would make it go out in the back garden before taking it for a walk.
Why most dog owners can’t do this I don’t know. Poop a scoop bags are pointless.
As for horse riders, there must be somewhere at the stables they could take them before riding them.
Stables in general are messy places, but that’s no excuse for horse mess on public roads.
