AS we all "enjoy" the Osborne recovery/economic boom certain "pointers" come to mind.

After World War Two, working class people, by and large, enjoyed 30 years of steady progress in living standards and securities, it peaked and has fallen, year on year ever since.

I hear opinions voice such as a "return to the 30s". Readers please note; it is much worse. the most accurate parallel is with Edwardian 1904/5; for confirmation read "The ragged trousered philanthropist." It explains much better the plight of the working poor.

In the "now", the majority of people using food banks are not on benefits or retired but actually the "working poor." The TV programme "Auf Wiedersen" although good entertainment was based on fact in that just after Britain joined the EU, building trade workers doubled their wages working in Germany. The modern EU benefits only business - not British workers.

Globalisation, technology and manipulation has reduced the quality f life for the UK majority. Vocation evolves into vacation, UK evolves into dysfunction — see Black Friday.
