I WOULD like to praise the gritting team for all their hard work.
I know some roads are not gritted but all the main roads were cleared. Last Sunday I travelled to Bury then Rawtenstall then over to Westhoughton (no problems at all ) all the roads were free of snow.
I know we complain at times — but well done you boys.
