IT is sad to see that this once nice area of Chorley Old Road is now looking very shabby and in some areas, dirty gardens were once well looked after neat and tidy but now there seems to be more and more displaying weeds than flowers.
What is happening folks? Where is your pride in the neighbourhood that you live in?
Kill those weeds.
