CLLR Nick Peel may be right to suggest that some people put all types of rubbish in the grey bin, not just non-recyclable, but he is wrong to say "Anyone in Bolton who is recycling properly does not need a 240 litre bin"
When the new bins come in, it is a "no brainer" that I shall be requesting two of them. If, however, Cllr Peel can get two weeks' worth of my non recyclable rubbish into one 140 litre bin, I will apologise and stand corrected
