ALL too often these days we switch on the television and hear unrivalled bad news throughout the world.
Sadly we hear of people being displaced and in fear of their lives. This country along with our town has given shelter to many finding homes, looking after their children and financing them till they get on their feet. You then open Bolton News and see a homeless man beaten almost to death. Is it not an ironic situation where we can look after others from far flung areas of the world but not after our own people. Makes you think doesn’t it?
