IN 1973 I voted on our inclusion into a European trading union and along with the rest of the nation was assured that political union would never be an issue, then came the Maastricht treaty and the political integration began by stealth.

Many of today's politicians were children or not even born in 1973 so what do they really know about British tenacity. The industrial revolution of the 18/19th centuries didn't just happen, it spread around the world from this tiny island and produced the greatest empire/commonwealth ever seen.

To be part of a political union that would oversee our independence and be governed by unelected moguls would wipe out our very identity.

Britain is a great nation probably the finest in the world, full of brilliant doctors, scientists, redundant engineers, designers, steel workers, mining engineers, shipbuilders and a workforce second to none. All of these industries stolen from us to create a greater EU. Wake up Britain before it's to late and together move forward on an adventure putting our people first. Please vote LEAVE.
