Direct debits are and easy way for paying your council tax
WITH regard to council members who are late with payments of the council tax: have they heard of direct debits?
It is an easy way to pay and most normal people have been using them for years.
They are so simple to set up even for some of the fine council members we have. Maybe they have not got the time to set one up with the problem of working out how to get 240 litres of rubbish in their 120 litre bins.
