Bins needs to be emptied
MAY I be so bold as to comment on the disgusting state of the bins on Captains Clough Road and Church Road.
They are full to over-brimming from Friday evening until Monday. More worryingly the bus stop at Harpers Lane heading towards Doffcocker has been emptied but all the poo bags have been left at the side of the bin with some even in the road.
I have picked up a few and placed them in the bin myself so why can't the council employee responsible for emptying these bins do the same?
