WHEN is a 20mph limited-road not a 20 mph limited road?
When it is called Harper Green Road.
This road is a major bus route and very busy with other traffic and it is signed as a 20 mph limit, but nobody, including buses, seem to abide by this limitation.
Down one side there is a school, 24 old people's bungalows and an old people's home.
Along the other side, there are quite a few families with children.
These facts alone should stop people from speeding, but that demands respect which is something that a large amount of people cannot spell, let alone do.
In the past three years, there have been a house nearly demolished, a number of vehicles damaged with no one to blame for the damage. This includes my neighbour whose car was on his driveway.
Do we have to wait for a death before the council or the police do something?
We can only hope that this letter has some effect please.
