The buck stops with the council leader
I THINK all the windows in Bolton town hall should be opened wide to let the smell of secrecy out from after the £90k pay out to former chief executive Paul Najsarek.
It fills the nostrils with trepidation that tomorrow and democracy will be cancelled due to lack of interest from those within.
Maybe Cliff Morris should take the advice that David Cameron gave Jeremy Corbyn to 'go' and 'go now.'
But he will stick it out after all he is the leader of Bolton Council and the buck stops with him.
