I find it offensive to state that he "earned" the vast sum that he walked away with. There are many professions where people earn their salary, take a trip to the local hospital to see some, but signing a few documents and doesn't warrant the payments made.

Perhaps it would have been better to describe the monies as gifted to him. Coming after the fiasco regarding the councillor who was summonsed for late payment of council tax and Cllr Morris' fight to keep his name secret, it may be time for Cllr Morris and his band to move on.
