I CAN'T believe what I read about Shannon Court care centre. My wife who has suffered from dementia and Alzheimer's was admitted to Shannon Court in April.
Myself and my family can't believe what has been said. My wife has been looked after by a well run and managed staff, and there are more carers in the lounges to make sure everyone is looked after. The CQC seems to look for things just to keep them in a job. It is clean with no smells. I have never heard any complaints from families who go to visit.
