I HAVE read with interest about the ex-Tesco site. Local residents would possibly agree to having the old Tesco demolished and made into a health centre similar to Breightmet's, which provides good health care facilities.
I have lived in Little Lever for 27 years and my doctor is at Little Lever Health Centre, but we were led to believe that building was only supposed to be temporary.
The Breightmet centre seems to have most things that are needed, so we feel that our health centre needs to move to an acceptable place in our village and be able to take the pressure of A&E by carrying out extra medical tests etc.
I would be interested to see what other people think.
