What a disgrace our town centre has become. Sunday mornings are away with beggars and people sleeping willy nilly in sleeping bags on the pavement. BHS has between 4-6 people in the doorway who have obviously slept there all night. What sort of impression is it giving to people out shopping? Bolton council get a grip and clean the place up.
