SO Bolton Council is considering more budget cuts, which could see school crossing patrols and children's services cut.
Yet it spends £1m on steam rooms for Bolton One, £500k on a cycle track, oh and gives a golden handshake to a Chief Executive after five months in the job. The latest news is that they are giving a grant of £300,000 to a private firm to relocate their offices in the old newspaper building on Churchgate.
Just where do their priorities lie?
To quote Shakespeare “Something is rotten in the state of Denmark"
