Now for the latest in merging fashion and tecnology.
A new collection has been launched in the bid to beat skin cancer Danish designers have created a fashion range high in UV protection made with sustainable materials.
The clothes are made from a special material which will protect your skin from the sun. You are not completely protected but more so than just using a cream.
The clothes have been tested for ultraviolet radiation test at the Institute of Technology in Denmark and scientists are constantly trying to improve levels of protection.
They are also looking towards fashion houses to take up the material and use it in their collections. According to the scientists it shouldn't be any more expensive than normal materials used in the fashion industry.
The Danish Cancer Society launched the campaign against skin cancer last week and it was opened by the campaign patron, Crown Princess Mary.
