A MAN has been charged with raping a woman in Bolton town centre.
Luke Entwistle, aged 27, of no fixed address, but said to be from Bolton, has been charged with rape, robbery and perverting the course of justice.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Bolton Magistrates Court today.
The charge relates to an alleged incident at about 5.30am on October 6, when a 39-year-old woman reported to police that she had been raped in Churchgate.
