BUSH, George Glenda, Alison, John, Karen and all the family would sincerely like to thank all the people who attended George's funeral service. Also, many thanks for the cards of sympathy, messages and flowers received in their very sad loss and for all the donations to the British Heart Foundation in memory of George. Our thanks also go to the Doctors and nurses on C1 and coronary care ward and the stroke ward at Royal Bolton Hospital. We would also like to thank the Heart Failure nurses Charlotte, Joanna and Professor Green from Salford Royal Hospital for their care and concern. Thank you so much to all of you, your care will never be forgotten. Thank you to The Reverend Nicola Butterworth for a lovely service and to The Livesey Funeral Service and Ridgemont house for their professional service, we really appreciated it.
