GRIMMER Brian The family wish to thank relatives and friends for all of their cards, kindness, support and donations received and for joining them at the celebration of Brian`s life. Thank you also to Seasons Funeral Service and Mandy Hagan, to the doctors and nurses at Swan Lane medical centre, the Bolton Hospice palliative care team, the district nurses from Pike`s Lane and everyone else involved in Brian`s care.
