HART John Alan The family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards and messages of sympathy following the sad loss of Alan. A special and sincere thanks for the support from Bolton Hospice, District Nurses, Macmillan Nurses and Carers from Orchid Home Care. Also a special thank you to Amanda and staff at Fred Hamer Funeral Services Gibson House, for their excellent arrangements and to Funeral Celebrant Kathy Unsworth for kindly taking the service. And finally many thanks for all donations to Bolton Hospice in Alan's memory.
