BIRD lovers can learn about the many species living at Seven Acres Local Nature Reserve by joining a walk.
Members of the Friends Of Seven Acres will lead a gentle, two-hour walk through the reserve, which has 99 species of birds.
They will also look at last year’s nests before they are lost in the fresh leaf growth.
The walk starts at 9.30am on Sunday, February 17, at the Environmental Resource Centre, in Bury Road, Bolton.
The walk is free and people are asked to wear clothing appropriate for the weather. Refreshments will be available afterwards.
To book call 01204 663754 or email scart wright@lancswt.org.uk
