HEAVYWEIGHT boxer Tyson Fury headed a charity event at The Reebok last night to raise money for the hospitals that looked after his son who was gravely ill last year.
Prince, aged two, suffered a bout of pneumonia and bronchiolitis which resulted in a coma — but he is now back fighting fit, so Tyson, along with his team, including cousin Hughie, uncle and trainer Peter, and new business advisor Asif Vali, who worked with Amir Khan for eight years, hosted the star-studded evening at the De Vere Whites Hotel on Thursday.
Guests, who paid £100 for a ticket to the night, enjoyed a lavish five-course meal along with a host of entertainment, and a question and answer session with Team Fury.
All proceeds raised from the event are to be donated to Christie’s Children’s Hospital and the special care baby unit at Sheffield’s Northern General Hospital.
