A suspected broken leg is deemed a minor injury???I bet the unfortunate young lad would disagree with that statement. It could have been worse though,it could have been a minor fatality.Hope the young fellow recovers real soon and has a great Christmas.

It's a disgrace. Everyday I see people parking all over the place causing blockades everywhere. They even park on double yellows without giving the crap about the law. Unfortunately they are all Asians and are just giving everyone else a bad name. I park well away from the school just to avoid these careless drivers

I see kids herding across roads when the lights are green for cars, I have to hit my brakes regular near Harper Green just to avoid hitting kids.
And yes boltonbutt a break is minor in first aid terms.

i think you should use more discretion when driving near a school then, you know they're kids around and how kids cross roads so just drive a little slower or avoid the route

So you think its fine for teenagers to just walk out in front of moving cars ?
If I drove any slower I would stop, or do you think 10mph is too fast on a 30mph road ?
I think Gill has it in a nutshell.
