A TONGE Moor man will stand trial for a charge of causing actual bodily harm to a woman.
Kyle Pearl, aged 26, of Tonge Moor Road, denies the assault, alleged to have happened on January 8. He also denies having a metal bar in Halliwell Road, damaging a mobile phone and causing £200-worth of damage to a car. He will appear at Bolton Crown Court on January 23.
