NO boys were allowed when Bolton School girls’ division held its third Just4Girls event to promote male-dominated subjects to young ladies from 18 local primary schools.
They were introduced to the science and maths disciplines which focused on practical experiments and applications.
There was a lesson on aerodynamics where pupils had a chance to make their own paper helicopter.
There was a science quiz and the winners were the girls at SS Simon and Jude’s CE Primary School in Great Lever.
