A MAN suffered a “serious injury” after a bus ran over his foot.
The 44-year-old was in Peel Brow, Ramsbottom, when a bus rolled over his foot and drove off at about 9pm last Thursday.
The victim, from Rasmbottom, was treated in hospital.
PC Karl Roddie from the Road Policing Unit said: “It is highly likely that the bus driver was unaware that he ran over the man’s foot when he drove off.
“Unfortunately the man cannot remember the exact time and location of where he was hurt but I would ask anyone who may have witnessed anything to contact police.”
