A THIEF duped a driver in Lydgate Avenue, Breightmet, by distracting him and reaching into his car to steal a mobile phone and a charger.
A wallet and two phones were also stolen from an unlocked car in Tarvin Walk, Bolton.
The crimes took place over the weekend.
