A MAN will stand trial over a series of alleged attacks on his former girlfriend.
Kyle Pearl, aged 26, of Walker Street, Westhoughton, has been charged with causing Amy Claire actual bodily harm.
He is also charged with having a metal bar in Halliwell Road, damaging a mobile phone and causing £200 damage to a Mercedes A class on January 8.
Pearl was granted bail by with the condition he complies with a curfew between 7pm and 7am and does not go within 200 metres of Halliwell Road.
A trial will take place at Bolton Crown Court on July 8.
