A DRIVER who failed to ensure a child was wearing a seat belt has been fined by Bolton magistrates.
The court heard that Ann Connor, aged 49, of Corner Brook, Lostock, drove a VW Golf on Manchester Road, Westhoughton, on June 19 whilst the child was unrestrained between the front seats.
She was fined £55 and ordered to pay £65 prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
