GUEST speaker Keith Davies addressed a meeting of Bolton Professionals Curry Club at Spice Valley yesterday.
Mr Davies, Bolton Council’s director of development and regeneration, outlined a total investment of £864.6 million from the public and private sectors in schemes in the borough, including the town centre, Rivington Chase (Horwich Loco Works), and Cutacre in front of local business leaders.
