RESIDENTS in Great Lever will build an extension, if planning permission is granted.
The house in Rishton Avenue will be extended by four metres at the back — with the highest point measuring 3.4 metres — to make way for a kitchen, dining room and utility room.
Planning chiefs at Bolton Council will give the final say on the plans.
