A FARNWORTH man has pleaded guilty to burglary with intent to steal after he was found hiding in bushes by police.
Officers using a thermal imaging camera in the police helicopter found Benjamin Robinson as he was hiding in an allotment after the alarm was raised at a garage in Darwen.
Blackburn Magistrates Court heard three men were seen running away from A4 Sales and Service in Clarence Street and into nearby allotments.
Police set up a cordon around the area until Robinson was found.
The 23-year-old of Coniston Avenue was remanded on bail for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
Inside the property officers found a £9,000 scanner and a Range Rover which appeared to have been moved ready for removal.
