LOCAL female entrepreneurs who have helped other women started in business have just a week to enter a prestigious trade award.
Closing date for entries to the 2007 Prowess Awards - for women who have provided mentoring, business support, advocacy and inspiration to other women - is January 12.
Sylvia Philips of Bolton Business Ventures, who is also vice chair of Prowess, said: "We are working to make sure that individuals and organisations in Bolton get the recognition they deserve."
Categories include Inspirational Business Mum, Inspirational Woman, Female Business Mentor of the Year and Business Support Professional of the Year.
