YOUNGSTERS from Bolton Lads and Girls Club served up a treat at The Wellbeing Farm.
As part of an enterprise project, members of the club were given a culinary masterclass by Mike Harrison, one of the chefs at the Edgworth venue.
Mr Harrison is the head of the cookery school, and was able to pass on a wealth of expertise and experience to the would-be chefs.
The fruits of their labour were then enjoyed by patrons of the lads club, including Atlantic Challenge rower Mark Brocklehurst, and his wife Tracey.
Mr Brocklehurst was one of a four man team who completed a gruelling eight week trek across the Atlantic in a bid to raise £250,000 to aid a Junior Mentoring Project for Bolton Lads and Girls Club.
