BOLTON Society for Blind People has received a £1,012 boost from a quiz night.
The charity hosted an Easter- themed quiz at Farnworth Cricket Club in Lavender Road on Thursday.
The money raised will be used to help fund an assisted holiday for members of the charity’s Saturday group later this year.
The charity would like to thank people for their support, particularly the quiz master, the donation of a golf day and Viva Espania, Horwich, for the donation of a meal at the restaurant. Visit bsbp.org.uk for more of the charity’s events.
